Healthy Body Spring Cleaning

Spring is right around the corner and so is the warm weather we all love so much. During the winter months I know it’s difficult to be active, it’s just so cold outside. Take advantage this spring and get outside! Your hearts will thank you later. The American Heart Association recommends that EVERYONE get 30 minutes of exercise 4-5 times per week. Now what we call exercise and what they call exercise may be different things. They expect those 30 minutes to be challenging. Your heart rate should be over 100 beats per minute.
